You spend a third of your life on it. Buy once, properly. Our bed frames are built from solid hardwood with proper joinery, sized to match a Malaysian or imported mattress, and finished in oil so the wood patinas rather than chips.

How they are built

Frame, slats, headboard — every part replaceable.

The frame uses mortise-and-tenon joinery throughout, with bolt-through brass fittings at the bed corners so the frame can be disassembled for moves without losing rigidity. Slats are kiln-dried hardwood, spaced for breathability, and screwed to the side rails so they can be replaced individually if any ever split.

The headboard is built as a separate assembly that bolts to the frame. That means it can be redesigned, re-upholstered or replaced years from now without rebuilding the whole bed. Headboards range from a simple straight panel to deeply carved, button-tufted and curve-edged depending on the brief.

Sizing

Built to your mattress, not to a standard.

Mattresses imported from Europe, the US and Japan all use slightly different dimensions from Malaysian standard sizes. Tell us the brand and model of mattress you plan to use and we will build the frame to fit it exactly — no awkward 3 cm gap, no overhang. If you don't have a mattress yet we will spec to Malaysian standard king (190 × 200 cm) or super-king (200 × 200 cm).
