The Likas Family House — full ground-floor commission

Eleven pieces over four months for a young family rebuilding their grandfather's 1970s bungalow. The brief was to honour the heavy chengal floors he laid himself, with new furniture that wouldn't look out of place beside them. Solid walnut bookcase, a curved Ottoman in dusty teal linen, a long media bench in oak with brass detail, and a slim console for the entry hall.

The Linnet House — boutique hotel restaurant

Eighteen banquette modules, twelve dining tables and a curved walnut reception desk for a thirty-cover restaurant inside a restored 1960s villa. The brief asked for furniture that could survive a thousand service nights a year while still looking hand-made. Eight months from first brief to delivery; opened on schedule for soft launch in February.

A three-piece bedroom suite for a sea-facing penthouse: oak bed frame with hand-carved headboard, his-and-hers nightstands with brass pull handles, and a low writing desk and chair under the window. Delivered eight weeks after design sign-off.

Studio Hayan — design office fit-out

A working office for an architecture practice of fourteen. Two long shared desks in cantilevered walnut, a six-metre boardroom table, a kitchen banquette and a small library of magazine racks. Designed to be reconfigurable as the practice grows.
