One workshop, one project manager, every piece accountable to one person.

Most of our commercial clients have worked with us on at least one prior home commission and come back when they open a venue. We work directly with you, or in coordination with your interior designer, project manager and contractor. We provide CAD-ready drawings, lead times, on-site installation and a single point of contact for the duration of the fit-out.

We have completed fit-outs from 8 to 84 pieces for venues across Sabah and the Klang Valley.

How a commercial commission runs

Drawings, prototypes, batch build, install.

Initial brief, site visit and budget conversation — within ten working days of enquiry
CAD drawings, finish samples, prototype unit (where appropriate) — three to six weeks
Batch build, finish, QC and crating — six to twelve weeks depending on quantity
Delivery, on-site assembly and installation by our own crew
Snag list, snag close, sign-off and warranty handover

Most commercial projects run eight to twenty weeks from sign-off to install. We provide milestone updates fortnightly and will raise any timeline risk the moment we see it.
